This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Popcorn & Pages offers refunds for Scheduled Reviews and Merchandise Sales.
1. Scheduled Reviews
Refund Eligibility:

Payment for Scheduled Reviews guarantees a specific publication date only.

The content, tone, or score of the review are never influenced by payment.

Refunds are issued only if a review fails to publish within the agreed-upon timeframe.
Cancellations:

Cancellations must be requested via billing@popcornandpages.com at least 7 days before the scheduled publication date.

Requests made within 7 days may not be eligible for refund, depending on editorial stage.
Refund Process:

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
2. Merchandise Sales
We strive to ensure product quality and accuracy for all Popcorn & Pages merchandise.
Returns and Exchanges:

Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Proof of purchase and, when applicable, a photo of the issue are required.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from an error on our part.
Non-Refundable Items:

Digital downloads, promotional materials, and gift cards are non-refundable.
3. Processing & Communication
All refund or exchange requests must be submitted via billing@popcornandpages.com.
Include your name, order number, and relevant documentation to expedite resolution.
4. Disputes
If a chargeback or payment dispute occurs, Popcorn & Pages reserves the right to suspend access to related services until the issue is resolved.
